This is a black beer but not a porter or even a stout.The lovely coffee tastes are deep and dark without chocolate at all.Just very good coffee beer.If you are suspicious of odd flavours in beer ,as I am,you can put ypur doubts down.This really works.I have known this beer for a couple of years now and it never fails to satisfy.
