MASH COPPER - MASH BREWERY

My 3rd and final beer from MASH, bought at the Winchester Farmers Market last Sunday. This one  is a gorgeous copper sunburst colour, very slight white head which soon disappears. Very light carbonation. This also has the slight astringent flavour as per the other two varieties I tried. Not sure if its something in the water they use or the yeast just don't know. Its less pronounced in this beer. This is very full flavoured, a mighty meeting of Goldings and Galaxy hops, with a dry bitter finish. Only 3.9 % volume, the full flavour makes you doubt that, however it has quite a watery feel to it. Very quaffable. Brewed by MASH Brewery in Winchester, Hampshire.
