LICHT & LUSTIG - DE MOLEN BROUWERIJ

This is a Dutch beer, brewed in Bodegraven in the Netherlands. Billed as an American Pale Ale-ish. I really like it. A hazy golden brown, fruity floral notes, and a great dry hoppy and oaty taste. Big off white head too. Good carbonation, slight bitterness - the whole package works like a dream. A very enjoyable, well rounded ale, one would not be enough. 4.5% volume. Made with Czech Sladek bitter hops and American Columbus and Amarillo Dry hops. Translates as Light and Cheerful. Certainly that.
