They are not telling me much about this beer.Probably an American thing.Anyhoo it is indeed an amber ale with good hoppy taste.ESB usually means extra special bitter and for an amber ale? it does have a bitter taste and good depth of flavour.Not bad Douglas Michigan not bad.
