PINEWOODS PALE ALE - HARROGATE BREWING CO.

This was just what the doctor ordered. Having had a lot of strong, full flavoured, beers, some fantastic, some (bubblegum!) not so, this is a solid, no frills performer. Great carbonation, full foamy white head which lasted the course, and bit citrus flavours prevail. Theres a subtle bitterness in the finish but it is in the background and balanced out with the citrusy American hops and British  malts. A great every day drop of Pale Ale and a fine example of the genre. 4.4% volume. Brewed in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.
