IPA - NORTH UNION BREWING CO.

Had some cracking IPA's over the weekend, all from the US of A. Happy to report that this is a revelation and its from good old Blighty! This is full of flavour, and I absolutely love it. There's a bit of everything going on, there's big fruit as in raisins, currants, sultanas, there's caramel maltiness and all of that together tempers the substantial bitterness perfectly. Its a very enjoyable drink. 6.3% volume and stands up well to the two US IPA's mentioned, Founders and Stone Delicious. This is brewed by North Union in Sheffield. Good work fellas.
