Quite a few things to get through here.First at least some of the apples in here come from worthy farm,the home of Glastonbury festival.Next this cider is made by keeving,a very different method of cider making involving only apples.No water,No sugar.I would advise you to go to there website to gain some insight in to the process.You can defiantly taste that you are getting the whole apple here and for those that like bubbles(Ian) this is more than a bit lively.The cork hit the Ceiling and when the rabbit finds the cork,I suspect hes going to be well happy. Avery different cider taste.Interesting.
