Hop stuff

Hop Stuff brewery

Session IPA 4.2%

Well this is truly a session IPA. It's wonderful very good to some of the American IPA I've had (must admit I need to try more). There is some big & bold hop flavours which I'm really enjoying. One of things I like about this brewery is they tell you the hops which have gone into it. They also mention the IBU which means international bittering unit. This beer is a 55, i have no idea whether this high or low but i do know this comes from the hops. I am reserching about this now. No other brewery has done this that I'm aware. One of the reasons I like the craft beer market is all they want to do is make beer people want to drink with good ingredients and this beer is one of them.

Just lately I've reviewed and ipa that's inspired by the West coast and in my blog I mentioned the difference between West coast and East coast of USA.  I think London needs to come up with its own style of IPA and call it #LPA ie London pale ale. Don't ask me what it is or how it differs (I'm not a brewer I'm beer lover)

Next month I'm going to the great British beer festival in London and I thought I would use the excuse to go to a bottle shop and have a look around and even may buy one or two.
