MASH PALE - MASH BREWERY

Went to Winchester Farmers Market yesterday which was great. Spotted the MASH stall and ambled over, had a beer on keg to try which was this one - a Pale Ale. Had a range of most if not all of their beers for sale and packs with glasses as well. I purchased 3 different ones for the armoury. This is German hops, with English barley and a Californian fermenting style to put MASH's take on a classic. Its okay, its 3.8% volume, quite a pale golden colour, good carbonation and a slight white foamy head. There is a lingering flavour on the palate which is a bit astringent.  Brewed in Winchester, Hampshire.
