Saison beer just means farmhouse style apparently.Dont know much about heritage farmworkers but this beer has lemon grass as a flavoring and ancient farmworkers were probably lucky to eat grass.You may have noticed my deliberate mistake.No photo of the beer in the glass.Was it so good that I drank it before My inherent discipline kicked in.No I forgot ,the beer was good.It was also yellow.
