My second from Weird Beard, as I said before, I love their whole ethos, the names, the artwork, the reasons they do what they do, and most importantly the beer. This is a crisp German-style Pilsner, bottle conditioned, and brewed with Centennial, Amarillo and Mosaic hops, a good solid flavour, toned down ever so slightly with the most delicate citrus edge.
