So after the long train trip from Edinburgh, I felt I wanted sorry needed a beer. And I felt that I would have a scottish beer that I brought back with me. I brought back 9 beers (my god they were heavy carrying these beers).
So I just google this brewery and it would seem he brews his beers out of the back of his 1974 VW Campervan! I wonder if he's been watching Breaking Bad! If you want to have a look at this brewery's website click here. My first thought this is going to be really bad, but it wasn't. This beer tastes like a master brewer at a major brewery has been making this. My second thought was its very cloudy and then thought is it that horrible apple stuff, but this really nice beer my only complaint is want to be able to taste the hops.
