Next an IPA

Brooklyn East IPA 6.9%

I've gone from hating this to absolutely loving this in few sips. I will try and explain (how I hope).

1st sip - Still had the taste of the last beer before this wasn't helping to make me like this drink
2nd sip -  I'm now thinking this rather harsh and strong . Still don't think it's very good, but I'm continuing to drink it
3rd sip -  Now tasting a piney aroma  again I'm not sure about this.
4th sip -  This IPA now has me captivated and in fact I'm drinking bigger sips okay gulps. I'm now enjoying the hoppy taste from this beer.
5th sip -  Now thinking this is not that different to other IPA's you get this side of the pond. I've had some really better IPA's and this doesn't really come close to any of them.
6th sip - Not much left now and you could say it's not too bad but could be much better

On a different note as I've said before in a previous post I don't know what sort of hops used are. It does mention that it uses british hops but which ones. This is a beer to have with a meal at the time I was eating fish and chips (I know very healthy) and it did complement the beer. I have found this beer very hard to write about ( I was very tired at the time which didn't really help)
