BARCINO GOTIC ALE - BARCINO BREWERS BARCELONA

This is really interesting, an American Pale Ale brewed on a rooftop in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, hence the name. Wonderful rich golden colour, creamy white head. Some wild aromas, obviously a lot going on under the lid, a complex package of five hops really push the senses, and then toned down with a sweet crystal malt. Has a bitter finish which is just right, as I'm not huge on bitterness, but this really works. Bought from Ales by Mail. 5.2% volume. Viva!
