PALE FIRE PALE ALE - PRESSURE DROP BREWING

This would be classed as an American Pale Ale, I hear Pressure Drop change it up every now and again and vary the hops used in Pale Fire. The label does not actually say on this one which types they've used, just says Barley and Wheat. This is Bottle Conditioned, I gave it 30mins in the fridge door and put my trusty drinking vessel in the freezer for the same time. Works for me! A white creamy head, lots of life from the beer, citrusy aromas prevail. On to the drinking, Very fresh tasting, citrus lime and grapefruit dominate, good carbonation from a bottle conditioned beer, and a light biscuity (wheat) finish. I really like this. Fresh and vibrant. A top pale ale (or APA I guess). 4.8% volume, this can vary apparently when they change the recipe. Brewed by Pressure Drop Brewing in London E8. Top marks fellas.
