HARVEST PALE - CASTLE ROCK BREWERY

Another new beer and brewery for me - Castle Rock from Nottingham. They really big this up on the bottle, the draught version has won many awards and this is a fuller strength bottled version so game on. Pours a thin golden colour, slight white foamy head which doesn't hang about. To be honest its all a bit of a mess, nothing really stands out. There's 3 different hops apparently, Centennial, Cascade and Chinook. Not sure where they're hiding. Its not hoppy, or malty, its like a golden beer ice lolly. No real aromas or flavour.  4.3% volume.
