Thank the Lord. The last few I've reviewed have not inspired shall we say. This is a great recovery. Another bottle conditioned one, so pour gently, leave the sediment at the bottom. Chill lightly. But hey what a flavour! Even before you get your noggin around it the waves of hop flowers hit you big time, but the taste is so balanced its incredible. A mix of US and NZ hops with just the right amount of malt. Fruity, refreshing and one is really not enough. As per the fine folks at Weird Beard enjoy by the bucketload! 5.3% volume. oh yeah. Brewed in W7, Trumpers Way, London - by Weird Beard since 2013. Need to check out their other stuff as I love the names and artwork, very tasteful fellas.
